Inside BlockStart programme – a look back from Anaya MX Moto

Anaya MX Moto a full range of mechanical services for motorcycle’s owners specialised in suspensions tuning and providing support as mechanic in official cross competitions.

As part of their journey on BlockStart’s 2nd Acceleration Programme, as an SME adopter, they were looking for new opportunities for collaboration with technology providers of DLT/blockchain solutions that could improve their business. This is the testimonial of their experience in our programme.

In one paragraph, what is Anaya MX Moto?

Anaya MX Moto is a company focus in providing a full range of mechanical services for motorcycle’s owners. We are specialised in suspensions tuning and in the past we were also providing support as mechanic in official cross competitions, but at the same time we offer services to all types of motorcycles.

What is Anaya MX Moto passionate about achieving?

We are passionate in achieving customer satisfaction: to do that we listen carefully to customer’s needs and we translate it into the right motorcycle modifications able to provide full customer satisfaction.
We are specialised in motorcycle’s suspension, tuning and modification, but also in customer’s assessment.

Can you tell us why you have decided to apply to BlockStart’s 2nd Call for end-user SMEs?

I was invited by Simone Brighina, Motoblockchain CEO: I know his project and I found really interesting the possibility to contribute in the development of an innovative and technological product. The first product in using Blockchain in the motorcycle sector.

What major challenges have you faced during the implementation/testing of BlockStart’s blockchain-based solution?

We had problems in the configuration of the IOT system, so we were not able to record data and send them to the Blockchain, but we are ready to repeat the test once a new version will be provided to us!

What kind of impact do you think the blockchain-based solution you have implemented in the scope of BlockStart may bring to your company?

The possibility to be one of the first early adopters of a so valuable and innovative technology will improve the technological image of my company. It also will attract new customers open to upgrade his motorcycle with the last innovations available and to improve their level of security. It is a perfect way to improve my image and to distinguish myself form the competence

Where do you see your company in 5 years?

I see Anaya MX Moto as a company able to offer a huge portfolio of technological services on top of the standard mechanic ones. I see myself shifting to a more technological customers and to be more vertically specialised in offering technological innovations.
